Every client's skin is different. For best results, services need to be done continuously until you receive the results you want. Once achieved we recommend clients to keep routine maintenances services.

Everyone must have a card on file. This is in place for our Cancelation/Late/No-Show Policy. Your card will not be charged unless the situation falls in this policy. 

Yes, cash can be used at the time of service. You do not have to use the card on file to pay for your service.

We at Hidden Beauty want to make sure our clients and estheticians are safe during treatments. We want to give our clients the most for their services. In order to do these we need to know a good amount of detail.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. It is set up for you to email support if you need to reschedule. We have to check to make sure you are within the time frame that is set with our cancelation/late/reschedule/no-show policy.
